What should I do in an emergency?

An emergency situation is life-threatening and calls for immediate intervention by medical personnel. We recommend the first course of action to call (911) if using a cell phone or (9-911) if using a land-based phone. From there, you will be connected to Emergency Medical Services. We also recommend that you call Student Health Services (563-333-6423) to report the emergency. For more details, please see our emergency care plan.
