The Counseling Center offers confidential counseling sessions in-person and online to individuals. Take advantage of our one on one services, workshops, and access referrals to the community. Initial appointments may be booked within 1-2 days.
Brief, strengths-based individual counseling sessions as often as every 2 to 3 weeks during the semester. Sessions are typically in-person, but we can accommodate tele-health sessions.
