St. Ambrose University is urging current and prospective students to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) now that it’s available online before the original Oct. 1 target date.
And when prospective students visit campus and complete their FAFSA, they automatically qualify for a $1,000 annual engagement grant, ensuring a $4,000 savings through four years of enrollment at St. Ambrose.
The St. Ambrose financial aid team is ready and available for anyone needing help with the FAFSA process. Students and their families are encouraged to act quickly to secure opportunities for scholarships, grants, and other financial aid on their way to a valued degree and a successful future.
“Visiting campus and completing the FAFSA is an easy and fun way to secure up to $4,000 towards their valuable degree,” said Amy Novak, EdD, president and CEO for St. Ambrose University. “We are excited to offer this opportunity to provide additional financial aid to our future Ambrosians. This is just another way we are working to make a quality, Catholic education more accessible.”
SAU offers daily personalized on-campus visits and larger visit events to all prospective students. You may schedule for either opportunity, or both, by visiting www.sau.edu/visit.
How to Get Started with FAFSA:
- Students should gather information like their Social Security number, 2024 tax information (if applicable), and their FSA ID (FAFSA login).
- Follow the easy to complete instructions and input our Ambrose University code 001889 to have the FAFSA sent directly to SAU.
