The SAU is hosting its annual mental health fair to give students the opportunity to explore what resources are available to them. They will also learn more about the importance of maintaining mental health as a student and some simple ways to check in with themselves each day. Prizes and giveaways will be available for those in attendance, as well as fun games and activities!
