Counseling Center

The Counseling Center is available to all enrolled SAU students. Counseling Center services are free and confidential. Many of our students experience anxiety, depression, feeling stressed and overwhelmed or having problems adjusting. We encourage any student who is struggling to reach out and let us help make a plan for your mental health.
