Student eligibility and enrollment requirements:
- Acceptance into a bachelor program at St. Ambrose University
- FAFSA submission (by July 1)
- Pell Grant and Iowa Tuition Grant eligibility
- Iowa residency
- Full-time undergraduate enrollment
- Pell eligibility will be reviewed each year to renew grant
Multiple students have the opportunity to receive the Ambrose Advantage Grant, provided they meet the eligibility criteria, including Iowa residency, Pell Grant and Iowa Tuition Grant eligibility, admission to SAU, full-time undergraduate enrollment, and a completed FAFSA. Apply to SAU
To qualify for the Ambrose Advantage, you need to apply to SAU and meet eligibility requirements. Complete the application and enroll at SAU.
Complete your FAFSA application
Once you’ve been admitted to SAU, complete the FAFSA application by July 1 and include the SAU school code 001889.
Review your financial aid offer
Ambrose Advantage is automatically awarded to eligible students. Look for it on your financial aid offer, and contact Financial Aid with any questions.
