Upon completion of this Lunch & Learn, participants will be able to:

• Describe the general pathophysiology leading to patient's requiring MCS devices.
• Describe the basic types and general purposes of MCS devices including LVAD, IABP, Impella and
  ECMO.
• Explain various treatment options for progression of mobility of patients on MCS devices.
• Describe components of a mobility program for patients on MCS devices, including team members, team roles, and mobility progression guidelines.
