Brian Boesen

Brian Boesen currently serves as Associate Vice President of Communications and Marketing for St. Ambrose University.

Brian joined St. Ambrose in 2024 after serving more than seven years with UnityPoint Health, most recently as Regional Marketing Director for its Quad Cities and Central Illinois healthcare markets. Prior to that, Brian spent nearly 10 years crafting stories in multiple television broadcast newsrooms in Iowa, Illinois and Indiana as a news anchor, producer, reporter, and video journalist.

At St. Ambrose, Brian leads a talented team of brand experts, content strategists, enrollment marketers, graphic designers, digital marketing gurus and creative minds who work together to bring the brand to life. The team is committed to excellence in crafting strategies, visual storytelling, public relations strategies, digital marketing, content strategies, graphic design, environmental branding, data analytics and more. Brian is a graduate of the University of Iowa.
