Medals will be presented to graduating military veterans and service members in recognition of their achievement, which will be affixed to their graduation attire for the commencement ceremony. LTC Bryan Miller, U.S. Army Retired, Founder of the Quad Cities Veterans Network, is the speaker.
A reception with light refreshments will follow.
