Her Campus

SAU Chapter

The Her Campus (HC) chapter at SAU is one of 750+ chapters in more than 35 countries.

Her Campus is an online magazine for college women and GenZ. Members include women from all majors, backgrounds, and life experiences who meet once a month and write about world events as well as happenings on campus and in our lives. HC doesn't fall in line with either political party; writers may express themselves within our National Guidelines.

Her Campus will work to create a platform for its members to engage and connect with the University. Membership in this organization is open to all students. We are also starting a Big/Little program to help incoming students and freshmen adjust to college life and give them a firm foundation.

Membership
We have typically about 30-35 members with about 10-12 on the Executive Board which consists of a Campus Correspondent (President), Senior Editor, Editors, Social Media Director, a Social Media Team, PR/Marketing Director, Events Coordinator, Events Committee, and a Secretary.

An additional leadership role involves being the club representative on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.

Contact the chapter president for more information and follow us on Twitter, Instagram, and Tiktok!
