Congrats, graduates!

Carrington Curphy

Major: Nursing
Next steps after graduation: Working at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital in Iowa City as a staff nurse
Favorite SAU memory: Taking a spring break trip to Belize as part of the Study Abroad program
If you had 5 minutes back on campus, who would you visit and why? Cross Country/Track coaches Beth Jansen and Dan Tomlin because they really saw me through the four years at Ambrose and offered me tremendous amounts of support.

Mitchel Guzzle

Major: Marketing
Next steps after graduation: Coming back to St. Ambrose to receive my Bachelor of Education! Consulting for a retired SAU professor. Continue volunteer and paid work with Junior Achievement
Favorite SAU memory: Orientation!
If you had 5 minutes back on campus, who would you visit and why? I would visit Dr. Jason Senjem. He is a very likable guy, and he has helped me every step of the way worth my academics and career/volunteer work.

Meg Chadick

Major: History Secondary Education
Next steps after graduation: I plan on trying to obtain my Qualified Teaching Status in the United Kingdom to teach history in England. I will also work on eventually gaining my Master's in either Education Administration or History.
Favorite SAU memory: My favorite memory would have to be all the fun trips and matches that I got to experience with the women's tennis team. It was always entertaining to be there with the team and all the different memories we got to make.
If you had 5 minutes back on campus, who would you visit and why? Dan La Corte. He was one of the first professors on campus to welcome me and always made time to make sure that everyone was doing alright no matter how busy life was getting.

Rileigh Lambert

Major: Elementary Education
Next steps after graduation: I plan returning home to Monticello, Iowa and teaching 5th grade Literacy and Social Studies at Central City Elementary in Central City, Iowa.
Favorite SAU memory: My favorite memories from SAU are always during Homecoming week. I love all of the festivities that are happening around campus and how excited everyone is for the events!
If you had 5 minutes back on campus, who would you visit and why? I would want to come back and speak with some of my education advisors and student teacher supervisor. They all played a huge role in getting me to where I am now, and I'd want to stop by just to thank them one more time!

Kaylynn Smith

Major: Sport Management
Next steps after graduation: I will be working for the Chiefs baseball team as the Promotions and Community Relations Manager after graduation.
Favorite SAU memory: Every memory with the cheerleading team is my absolute favorite!
If you had 5 minutes back on campus, who would you visit and why? SAUCT (cheer team), they have my heart forever. The cheer team is a home for all of the members always and I love it.
