Ryan Saddler

Ryan is Associate Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and reports to the Office of the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs

Ryan is tasked with developing and communicating a collective understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion and its benefits across campus: Diversity Strategic Plan, Coordinate DEI Training and workshops for University employees and students, etc.

He serves as University compliance officer for the Americans with Disabilities Act monitoring grievance hearings for ADA and Section 504 complaints involving students with disabilities.

Finally, one of the essential components is for Ryan to work with Human Resources, Advancement, and Admissions to recruit, retain, and promote a diverse workforce, student body, and donor/alumni base.
