The St. Ambrose University Center for Professional Development and the Quad-City Area Labor-Management Council (QCALM) have teamed up to offer a certificate program in interest-based bargaining.

This program will help local companies and labor groups save time, reduce grievances, and eliminate the need for arbitration in the course of contract negotiations.

$2,150 per person, which includes course materials, instruction, and light breakfast.
