Change and the rate of change are more dynamic today than ever. This workshop examines the human side of change - an area that many not only avoid, but also do not consider in their transition plans.

This course will provide a clearer understanding of how change can impact people, organizations, and the end result. This workshop will provide insights on how to minimize the stress and interruptions due to new initiatives. 

Offered at the 54th street campus. This course is from September 18-19, 2018.
