Professor | Chair, Sales and Marketing
Dr. Miller teaches core classes in both the Sales and Marketing majors, as well as advanced classes in consumer behavior, marketing research, international marketing, services and event marketing, and communicating in sales leadership.
His expertise is in the adaptability of service and sales workers, and the determinants and outcomes of service failures.
He serves the Quad Cities community as a member of the Scott County YMCA North/West Board of Directors.
