Friday, August 14

8 a.m.-5 p.m. Move into the Residence Halls

8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Offices open

  • Bookstore: Pick up your books and SAU gear in the lower level of the Rogalski Center
  • Financial Aid Office: Sign loan paperwork (if needed) in Ambrose Hall, 2nd floor
  • Bee Central: Pay your first bill, Ambrose Hall, 2nd floor
  • Career Center: Submit your paperwork for Workstudy, Rogalski Center, main floor
  • Bee Card: Take your BeeCard photo and/or pick up your BeeCard, Rogalski Center InfoDesk
  • Register your device with IT (See email for instructions)

11 a.m.-2 p.m. Lunch, Cosgrove Dining Hall

4-7 p.m. Dinner, Cosgrove Dining Hall

7:15-9 p.m. Residence Hall Floor meetings. Check email for link.

9 p.m. CAB Outdoor Movie: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (If it rains, the event will be postponed to later date)

  • Self-led campus tour (find where your classrooms are located for the first day of classes tomorrow)
  • Visit the Bookstore
